Turbocharger bearings

Turbocharger bearings include deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, duplex mounting angular contact ball bearings and special type of duplex mounting angular contact ball bearings. Deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings mainly take radial load in high limiting speed. Duplex mounting angular contact ball bearings can support both radial and axial loads simultaneously with a bitter displacement.

As to bearings in higher speed and greater load applications, the material of cages utilizes alloyed steel and should be specially treated to the surface.

Ceramic bearings

Ceramic bearings possess many fine and special characteristics. They are light on weight, sufficiently wear resistant, relatively resistant to oxidation, to high temperature, and to chemical attack, they withstand high running speed and severe thermal shock. They are stability on dimension even in high temperature state, in addition, the bearings are electrical insulation and a long service life in comparison with metal bearings of the same type.

Such bearings are able to be widely used in precision apparatuses, various precision machine-tools, all kinds of low noise motors, space flight aviation, armed forces, chemical industry, food industry, printing press, antimagnetic, anticorrosion mechanism, high or low temperature machines and etc.
